Initiate Your Request
Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the unworn garments with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print our prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
